Your personal data is controlled by Ehitus5ECO OÜ (registry code 11715995), Mustamäe tee 4, 10621 Tallinn. For data protection questions, contact us at info@ehitus5eco.ee.

When you apply, we collect the data you submit:

• name, email address and phone number;
• the position you are applying for;
• your CV, cover letter and other attached files;
• information included in your short introduction.

Please do not submit special categories of personal data (such as health data) unless the position requires it.

We use the data only to carry out recruitment: to assess candidates, contact you and arrange interviews. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

If you want us to consider you for future vacancies, we will ask for your separate consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Only Ehitus5ECO employees involved in recruitment can access the data. It is stored in secure systems and may be processed on our behalf only by IT service providers with whom we have data processing agreements. We do not pass the data to other third parties or outside the European Economic Area.

We keep application documents for 6 months after the competition ends, so that we can respond to possible claims. If you have consented to being considered for future vacancies, we keep the data for 2 years or until you withdraw your consent. The data is then deleted.

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete the data or restrict processing;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• object to the processing.
